Dr. Divinagracia’s academic foundation began with a Bachelor of Science in political science with a minor in economics from Hobart College. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from St. George’s School of Medicine in the West Indies and later pursued a Master of Public Health at Columbia University. His training continued with a general surgical residency at Boston University, followed by a fellowship in vascular surgery at the University of Connecticut. As a board-certified vascular surgeon, he is dedicated to advancing his field and ensuring his patients receive cutting-edge care.

As part of Hartford Healthcare, Dr. Divinagracia is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American College of Surgeons, the New England Society of Vascular Surgery, and the Society of Clinical Vascular Surgeons.
