Ms. Bennett specializes in motivational and leadership speaking, executive coaching, leadership development, business consulting, strategic partnerships, innovation advisory services, and organizational transformation. Through her work, she helps leaders and businesses navigate complex challenges while developing scalable systems that strengthen both operational performance and organizational culture. Her keynote presentations on transformational leadership, resilience, and artificial intelligence implementation have established her as a respected voice in leadership and innovation.
She earned a Master of Science in Acquisition and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2017 and has completed extensive advanced professional education, including the Harvard Business Analytics Program, graduate certificates in Organizational Change Leadership, Joint Professional Military Education, and Emergency Management Executive Leadership. Her professional credentials also include Project Management Professional certification, Defense Acquisition University certifications, Profit Acceleration Coach designation, and Franchise Broker certification.
Throughout her distinguished career, Ms. Bennett has led major initiatives across government, defense, and private industry sectors. During her tenure at Leonardo DRS, she transformed a $250,000 initiative into a multimillion dollar success, and helped expand a Medium Voltage Medium Frequency program from approximately $24 million to more than $400 million with a strategic growth roadmap. She later served as Senior Program Manager and Product Line Leader at Astronautics Corporation of America, where she drove qualification programs, production outcomes, and team development. As of August 2026, Ms. Bennett stepped down from her corporate leadership role to devote her full attention to her expanding portfolio of entrepreneurial ventures.
Ms. Bennett is the founder and leader of DS7 LLC (est. 2019), providing program recovery, supply chain integration, manufacturability assessments, and mission focused operational transformation services for government and defense clients. In 2025, she launched Radiant Legacy Collective, Inc., creating a multi brand ecosystem centered on executive coaching, leadership development, intellectual property creation, and proprietary frameworks such as Radiant Resilience and Radiant Grace Leadership.
Her entrepreneurial efforts also include ownership of a MosquitoNix franchise serving Madison and Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Through this venture, she has emphasized inclusive workplace culture, living wage employment practices, and community focused business growth.
Prior to her business career, Ms. Bennett served honorably in the United States Navy for 14 years, advancing through leadership roles in logistics, maintenance, and supply chain management. Her final duty station was with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA). In 2017, she deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve as the Officer in Charge of Contingency Contracting for the Special Operations Joint Task Force. Following that deployment, she was medically disqualified from continued military service and retired in 2018. Throughout her military career, she earned numerous commendations for excellence, leadership, and dedicated service.
Ms. Bennett is the author of Leadership Voltage: Capturing Lightning with Triadic Balance, published in December 2025. She is currently working on her next book, The Triadic Leader. Her thought leadership reflects her commitment to helping organizations build resilience, adaptability, and long term success.
