Michael Wilson, CEO of a distinguished veteran support organization chartered in 1925, is dedicated to assisting service members and their families in the assimilation process. With a leadership approach rooted in development, training, and advocacy, Wilson oversees a team of 46 staff members and a governance board of 20, managing $16 million in property assets and a $6.5 million budget.
Wilson holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the Lou Holtz School at Trine University, where he graduated with honors, and completed the prestigious Command Sergeant Major School in the U.S. Army. His expertise in leadership and human resources is further supported by his SHRM certification.
Throughout his career, Wilson has received numerous military commendations, recognizing his dedication to service and excellence in leadership. While he takes great pride in his professional accomplishments, he considers his most significant achievements to be his four children, his loving wife, and his 15 grandchildren.
