Dr. Andres Fuentes Lazzarini has established a respected career in chiropractic health care, helping patients improve their health, mobility, and quality of life through evidence-based, drug free care. As the founder and owner of Fuentes Lazzarini Chiropractic in Isabela, Puerto Rico, he is dedicated to providing personalized treatment plans that address the root causes of musculoskeletal conditions while empowering patients to take an active role in their long-term wellness.
With more than 13 years of clinical experience, Dr. Fuentes Lazzarini specializes in musculoskeletal health, sports chiropractic, posture correction, injury rehabilitation, and biomechanical assessment. His comprehensive approach extends beyond symptom relief by evaluating posture, movement patterns, daily routines, ergonomic factors, stress, and lifestyle habits that may contribute to pain or dysfunction.
Dr. Fuentes Lazzarini earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez and completed one year of medical school at Ibero American University in the Dominican Republic before pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida, graduating in 2012. He further strengthened his expertise through Graston Certification and continued education training in sports chiropractic, musculoskeletal care and physical therapy modalities.
Following graduation, he practiced in Florida and Colorado before returning to Puerto Rico in 2014 to refine his clinical skills under the mentorship of Dr. Ismael Segarra in Mayagüez. In 2022, with the help of friend and colleague Dr. Eric González, established Fuentes Lazzarini Chiropractic, where he continues to provide individualized care focused on patient education, injury prevention, and sustainable lifestyle improvements.
In recognition of his professional achievements and commitment to patient care, Dr. Fuentes Lazzarini was named among America’s Best in Medicine Top Chiropractors representing Isabela, Puerto Rico in the 2026 publication. He remains active in his community through volunteer work at local health fairs and other events.
Dr. Fuentes Lazzarini credits mentors Dr. Ismael Segarra, Dr. Gabriel Rojas and Dr. Eric González for their guidance and support throughout his career. He also dedicates his accomplishments to the memory of his grandfather, Sigfrido Lazzarini, MD.
Looking ahead, he plans to continue expanding his professional knowledge through conferences, advanced training, and continued involvement within the chiropractic profession.
