Caitlin A. Kneblik, PT, DPT, has established a promising career in physical therapy, recognized for her compassionate, patient centered approach to rehabilitation and recovery. As a licensed physical therapist at Bentz Physical Therapy, she provides outpatient rehabilitation services for older adults recovering from joint replacement surgeries as well as young athletes recovering from sports related injuries.
Dr. Kneblik specializes in post surgical rehabilitation for total knee and hip replacements and rotator cuff procedures, along with sports injury rehabilitation involving softball, football, and track related conditions. Her expertise includes treatment of hip, knee, and shoulder pain across both geriatric and athletic populations, helping patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Saint Mary in December 2024 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at East Central University, where she was also a collegiate softball scholarship athlete. Her athletic background has contributed to her understanding of injury recovery and performance rehabilitation.
Dr. Kneblik began her professional journey at Bentz Physical Therapy as a physical therapy aide, serving in that role for nearly two years before advancing to licensed physical therapist. Today, she manages a high volume caseload of approximately 14 to 15 patients per day, providing individualized treatment plans and supportive care designed to help patients return to the activities they enjoy most.
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Kneblik is dedicated to mentoring future healthcare professionals. She supports high school students through clinic observation opportunities and mini internship shadowing experiences, helping introduce young individuals to the field of physical therapy.
She maintains affiliation with the American Physical Therapy Association and continues to pursue professional growth within the field.
Outside of her career, Dr. Kneblik enjoys softball and previously competed as a collegiate pitcher. She credits mentor Kelly Fabian, PT, along with the support of her parents, Steve and Cheryl Kneblik, as important influences throughout her journey.
Looking ahead, she is exploring future certification in pediatrics to broaden the scope of care she can provide to patients and families.
