Caitlin Quinn Demore, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, has emerged as a prominent figure in the portfolio and project management. As the Information Technology Portfolio Manager and Resource Coordinator at the Knights of Columbus since 2024, Ms. Demore excels in managing complex IT projects, working with ServiceNow, and optimizing delivery systems.
Ms. Demore’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Haven (2008) and a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership, summa cum laude, also from the University of New Haven. She has furthered her expertise with state licenses in accident, health, life, and property and casualty insurance from the State of Connecticut.
In her current role at the Knights of Columbus, Ms. Demore manages a range of IT projects, oversees upgrades to the delivery system, and provides critical reporting to the chief investment officer. Her previous roles include Project Manager and Administrative Assistant at Knights of Columbus, as well as positions at A.J. Gambardella Associates LLC and Colonna Insurance Services LLC.
