His expertise and leadership were further showcased during his tenure as the director of supply chain management at Willbros Group, Inc., from 2009 to 2020, and subsequently at PLH Group, Inc., now known as Primoris Services Corporation, from 2020 to 2023, where he earned acclaim for his strategic insights and operational excellence.
Educationally, Mr. Carr laid the foundation for his illustrious career at Louisiana Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management.
