Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Thomas Edison State University, Christina’s career spans over 20 years across industries including healthcare, marketing, manufacturing, and distribution. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that success begins and ends with strong leadership. She emphasizes the importance of building cohesive teams that understand the impact of their work, providing a clear vision, and implementing transformative professional development initiatives that drive organizational success.

Christina is deeply committed to servant leadership, guided by the values instilled by her parents. Her father, a Nicaraguan immigrant, built a life of purpose through service as a minister, while her mother set a powerful example of success for women in the workplace—all while raising four children. In 1997, Christina married the love of her life, who has remained her steadfast pillar of support as she pursues her dreams. In 1998, she welcomed a baby boy who has brought even more joy into her life as he has grown into a man she is proud of. She takes immense pride in his compassionate heart and creative spirit, which inspires her daily.

Her professional affiliations include the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association of Talent Development, AIHR, and she is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team member as a speaker and trainer. In addition, Christina volunteers with various charitable organizations, reflecting her dedication to community engagement.

During her personal time, Christina enjoys writing, playing the keyboard, self-learning, and spending time with her family—recently, she started dabbling with gardening! She credits her success to her family and mentors and dedicates her achievements to her husband, son, and parents, whose values of service and resilience continue to inspire her.
