Ms. Goczol earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Metropolitan State College in Denver before completing both a Master of Social Work and a Master of Business Administration in Social Work at Newman University in Kansas. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Case Manager, credentials that reflect her extensive expertise in clinical care, care coordination, and healthcare leadership.

With nearly 16 years of professional experience, Ms. Goczol has held key behavioral health positions with respected healthcare organizations, including UCHealth, HCA HealthONE, and ReedGroup. Throughout her career, she has developed specialized expertise in crisis assessment, motivational interviewing, behavioral health case management, and integrated care delivery while working collaboratively with healthcare systems, schools, government agencies, and community organizations.

In addition to providing direct patient care, Ms. Goczol is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of behavioral health professionals. She has trained practicum students in mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, and advanced care planning, helping future clinicians develop the knowledge and compassion necessary to serve diverse patient populations.
