Brentwood, CA — Diana McKean Israel is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Distinguished Founder & CEO for her work in the Aging/Wellness industry and in acknowledgment of her work at High-Quality Aging, LLC.
Diana McKean Israel is a Wellness Specialist and Entrepreneur with more than 50 years of experience throughout numerous career fields. She has been the CEO of her company, High-Quality Aging, LLC, for the past year.
She first attended Drexel University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and was a member of the Science and Engineering Honors program. She then attended the University of Chicago, earning a Master of Business Administration degree.
Ms. Israel’s early career included McKinsey & Company, Sara Lee Corporation, and the Gallo Winery. As the Vice President of Marketing at Pharmavite Corporation in 1982, she aligned her interests in wellness, fitness, and longevity with her professional life. This was followed by founding and managing Kelleher and Associates Marketing Strategy, whose clients included international pharmaceutical companies as well as domestic health food and nutritional supplement manufacturers. She took on an Executive role as the President and CEO of Mode Office Systems from 1993-2000, and was a Group Chairman of Vistage Worldwide Inc. from 2000-2003. Ms. Israel taught Sales Promotion and Sponsorship courses as an Adjunct Professor at the Golden Gate University Ageno School of Business for six years and was awarded Outstanding Adjunct Faculty Member. In 2020, she became the CEO of High-Quality Aging LLC.
Describing High-Quality Aging LLC, Ms. Israel says, “We are a community of individuals, inspiring, sharing & educating adults how to proactively set themselves up for a high-quality aging process and AGE HAPPILY!” Through her company, she helps Baby Boomers and others connect as they pursue a purposeful and energetic aging process. Alongside advice and tips for a healthy lifestyle, she sells fitness equipment, like fitness rebounders and resistance bands, and books and resources for aging gracefully.
Ms. Israel enjoys fitness, cooking, and the arts in her spare time. She donates to and volunteers with The Diablo Regional Arts Association, where she was previously a Board Member. Ms. Israel is also a licensed pilot and an Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver.
As for her future goals, Ms. Israel plans to guide her company to $10 million in annual sales. Barbie Layton has recently interviewed Ms. Israel at the 2021 Best You Expo in February 2021. During the interview, they discussed how different people face growing older and spoke on Aging Positively at the global conference “Many Heartbeats, One Rhythm” in August 2021, in addition to running workshops and coaching internationally.
