Dr. Dudzinski earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 1968 before continuing her education at Fordham University, where she received a Master of Science in 1970 and a Doctor of Philosophy in 1974. Her expertise spans the fields of mentoring and education, and she has been actively involved in numerous professional organizations, including the New Mexico Network for Women in Science and Engineering, where she served on the board of directors from 1985 to 1987. Additionally, she has been affiliated with the American Society of Protozoologists, the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Society of Microbiologists, and the Pennsylvania Academy of Science.

Outside of her academic pursuits, Dr. Dudzinski enjoys reading and spending quality time with her family. She holds deep admiration for her mother, Sophie, and her grandmother, Stella Wisniewski, whose influence shaped her dedication to lifelong learning and mentorship.
