Edward “Ed” Wauters — Distinguished Executive in Commercial Construction

Houston, TX — Edward “Ed” Wauters is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Distinguished Executive in Commercial Construction and in acknowledgment of his work with LMC Corporation.

A seasoned professional in the construction field, Mr. Wauters has served in his current role since 2002 as the Executive Vice President of Construction and Operations for LMC Corporation. Founded in 1989, LMC works exclusively within the public sector as a general contractor of commercial construction and maintenance services. Mr. Wauters manages all of the firm’s Houston-based operations and oversees company construction.

Driven by a strong work ethic and determination, Mr. Wauters has garnered in-depth knowledge during his 45 years in construction. He utilizes it by ensuring the highest levels of quality in each project he oversees. During his 20 years at LMC, he has led thousands of projects and has helped to guide the company from a small construction business into a nationally recognized corporation. Among LMC’s most recent projects has been the construction of the Center for Human Space Flight Performance and Research (now known as the Columbia Center) at the Johnson Space Center in Houston.

As the future unfolds, Mr. Wauters looks forward to further enhancing relationships with all of LMC’s partnerships. The company recently opened a new location in Lubbock, working with Texas Tech University.

In his spare time, Mr. Wauters volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality, affordable housing to families across the United States and at least 70 countries internationally.
