Georgetown, TX – Prominently featured in The Inner Circle, Jacqueline J Scott is honored as a Pinnacle Professional Member Inner Circle of Excellence for her contributions to Combining Clinical Care and Education in Women’s Health.

Jacqueline J. Scott has built a respected career in nursing and women’s health, marked by more than a decade of clinical excellence and leadership across both military and civilian healthcare environments. Since 2021, she has served as a certified nurse midwife at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center within the Defense Health Agency, where she provides comprehensive care to military families.
In her role, Ms. Scott works in triage and on the labor and delivery unit, delivering babies, managing laboring patients, and providing postpartum care. She is also deeply committed to education, supporting the development of future clinicians through teaching in the 66G program and offering hands on shadowing opportunities for family medicine residents.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, followed by a Master of Science from Georgetown University, where she completed certifications as a certified nurse midwife and women’s health nurse practitioner in 2014. She later earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Cincinnati in 2022, further strengthening her clinical and leadership expertise.
Ms. Scott maintains active membership in the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and contributes to initiatives that support military families. She has served as an inaugural body member of the Army Women’s Initiative since 2023 and volunteers with the March of Dimes, supporting programs that benefit spouses and children in military communities.
Her work has been recognized with multiple honors, including an Army Civilian Service Commendation Medal, Graduate Medical Education Educator of the Year at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, recognition among the Top 10 Nursing Preceptors at the same institution, and a DAISY Award in 2025.
Looking ahead, Ms. Scott plans to establish her own practice centered on telemedicine and wellness services, with a focus on holistic care and expanded access to women’s health resources. She credits her continued growth to the strong support of her husband, family, and mentors who have guided her journey.
