He has co-authored Hawaii Motor Vehicle Collision Manual and has been published in First International Congress of Hospital Law, International Law Journal, and Trial Diplomacy. A man of many accomplishments, he has obtained myriads of appellate court decisions favoring or preserving the rights of plaintiffs; most recently in Cohan v. Marriott Hotel Services, Inc.
