Dr. Lopes completed her general surgical residency at the University of Connecticut, followed by a fellowship in plastic surgery at the Medical College of Virginia and an additional fellowship in cosmetic surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School.
As a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Lopes maintains active affiliations with prestigious organizations such as the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Aesthetic Society. Her career accomplishments include pioneering work in innovative body and breast contouring surgeries, extensive experience in facial rejuvenation techniques like facelifts and the MyEllevate neck lift, and expertise in Botox and dermal filler injections including Juvederm, Restylane, Renuva, and Sculptra.
