Parsippany, NJ – John P. Inglesino is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Distinguished Attorney in the field of Law and in acknowledgment of his accomplishments in group practice at Inglesino, Webster, Wyciskala & Taylor, LLC.

With a career spanning 25 years, John P. Inglesino is dedicated to serving Parsippany, Morris County, and Rockaway Township, NJ. He has worked in numerous leadership roles, including two appointments as Mayor, and is currently a Partner at his Law Firm, Inglesino, Webster, Wyciskala & Taylor.

Mr. Inglesino began his college education at Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY, where he completed a Bachelor’s degree in General Business Administration and Management in 1986. He then attended Seton Hall University, graduating with a Doctor of Law JD degree in 1990.

At the beginning of his career, Mr. Inglesino was appointed Rockaway Township Councilman from 1994-1995. He subsequently became Mayor of Rockaway Township, located in Morris County, NJ, from 1996-2002. During his tenure as the Mayor, Mr. Inglesino created the Morris County Improvement Authority. The organization has since saved taxpayers millions of dollars.

In 2001, Mr. Inglesino was elected Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders, where he remained a Member until 2007. He acted as a Freeholder Liaison on the Board, establishing communications between multiple county agencies and departments. Later on, Mr. Inglesino became the Chairman of the Morris County Insurance Fund.

In 2005, he served as Chief Counsel to the Federal Monitor of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). He ensured that the Federal Monitor complied with the UMDNJ and the Deferred Prosecution Agreement, established with the US Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey and UMDNJ.

From 2010-2017, Mr. Inglesino served as Township Attorney for the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills and the Associate Counsel for the New Jersey League of Municipalities. From 2012-2018, Mr. Inglesino served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Public Broadcast Authority. He was appointed to this role by former Governor Chris Christie.

Today, Mr. Inglesino practices at his firm with his Law Partner, Lisa Taylor, and their large group of Law professionals. The firm has multiple specialty areas and works with both public sector and private sector clients. Recent cases have included government law, land use, healthcare law, redevelopment, governmental affairs, real estate law, and more.

Several of Mr. Inglesino’s cases have been tried before state agencies, including the Department of Environmental Protection, Department of Transportation, and the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control. He is confident in representing clients for regulatory, approval, permitting, and compliance matters.

Mr. Inglesino has represented land developers in New Jersey-based construction projects throughout his longstanding career. He communes with zoning boards, planning boards, and governmental organizations on behalf of private sector clients and arranges agreements or contracts between these private clients and various committees. The results for his clients give them the approval they require to begin construction projects.

As someone who has lived in Mount Laurel for decades, Mr. Inglesino is familiar with housing laws. He offers his counsel to property owners and developers in municipalities in the surrounding areas. In cases involving redevelopment and land use, Mr. Inglesino is an experienced litigator. He is familiar with the complex process for approvals in the state and has provided counsel on municipal land use law for many years. His case record includes successful negotiations of tax abatements for numerous clients. Mr. Inglesino has additionally given lectures on PILOTs before the New Jersey State Planning Commission and the Morris County Bar Association.

Mr. Inglesino has a demonstrated history in his local New Jersey community and has spent many hours volunteering and joining committees to create change. Outside of his legal work, Mr. Inglesino serves as the General Counsel for the North Jersey District Water Commission and the Special Sewer Litigation Counsel for the Township of Lopatcong. He is the General Counsel for the Morris County Insurance Fund. He manages the fund’s litigation and provides his expertise on several issues as a Counsel member.

Distinguished in his field, Mr. Inglesino has been awarded among “The Best Lawyers in America” for six years straight, from 2013-2019. He was also named one of the “Top 100 Powerful People in New Jersey” and was named in the “Power 100 List” by NJBIZ.
