As a Clinical Nurse Educator and Nurse Supervisor, Dr. Rucker is committed to fostering excellence in nursing by educating and empowering staff while ensuring high standards of care within the facility.
Dr. Rucker’s impressive journey in healthcare began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and has progressed to her current leadership role, underscoring her dedication to professional growth and community service. She has served as an instructor in an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program and is currently a clinical adjunct for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. Her expertise encompasses nursing supervision, education, and emergency medicine, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based practices and collaborative care.
Dr. Rucker’s educational achievements include a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Educational Leadership from Chamberlain University and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Midwestern State University. Her academic and professional pursuits reflect her unwavering commitment to lifelong learning and enhancing the quality of nursing education and patient care.
Beyond her professional roles, Dr. Rucker finds joy in cooking and traveling.
