With more than five decades of leadership experience, he is recognized for developing innovative resiliency strategies, modernizing enterprise recovery programs, and integrating emerging technologies that enhance organizational preparedness.
As Senior Enterprise Resiliency Manager at Everpure Inc., Mr. Rhodes provides strategic leadership for enterprise business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives. He oversees the development and modernization of resiliency programs, leads distributed teams, and drives research and development focused on advancing business continuity architectures through artificial intelligence enabled solutions. His expertise spans operational resiliency, disaster recovery, crisis management, emergency response, program governance, and the design of resilient enterprise systems that enable organizations to respond effectively to evolving risks.
Before joining Everpure, Mr. Rhodes served as Principal Consultant for BC/DR3 Consulting Services, where he advised organizations, including Delta Dental, on business continuity and disaster recovery strategies. Earlier, as Manager of Disaster Recovery at Salesforce, he led initiatives that strengthened enterprise resilience across a rapidly growing global organization. During nearly 15 years working throughout Asia, including several years as an expatriate, he developed new operational programs, trained teams across nearly a dozen countries, and designed, built, and relocated approximately a dozen data centers, demonstrating exceptional leadership in complex international environments.
Mr. Rhodes has also made significant contributions to technology innovation throughout his career. Early in his professional journey, he co developed the first global yard control system that automated container movement between ships and trucks and created a customs automation program that streamlined container loading operations. These achievements laid the foundation for a career focused on improving operational efficiency through technology and strategic planning.
Committed to professional excellence, Mr. Rhodes has completed coursework toward a master’s degree at MTI College in Sacramento, California. He holds numerous industry credentials, including Certified Business Continuity Professional through DRI International, BCMM Assessor through the International Consortium for Organizational Resilience, Certified Crisis Communications Planner through ICOR, and EMT 1A certification. He is actively involved with the Business Continuity Institute, DRI International, the International Consortium for Organizational Resilience, and BRMA.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Rhodes dedicated ten years to volunteer service as a firefighter and continues to support his community through Golden Gate Park cleanups, holiday gift drives, and corporate volunteer initiatives. His contributions have earned multiple organizational awards, peer nominated recognition, and the distinction of appearing on two magazine covers.
