Nicole Billingsley has emerged as a dynamic leader in oncology, bringing strategic vision and operational expertise to a rapidly expanding healthcare organization in California. Since stepping into her role in June 2025, she has taken on multiple executive responsibilities, serving as CEO, CFO, CIO, and CCO, guiding the organization through a period of significant growth and development.
Ms. Billingsley’s leadership is centered on advancing cancer care services and expanding access to high quality treatment. Under her direction, the organization has launched new facilities and services, including a PET CT center in Monterey and a radiation oncology center in Los Gatos. Additional expansion is underway, with a medical oncology facility in Los Gatos scheduled to open in February 2026 and another in Gilroy planned for May 2026.
Her professional background includes more than 16 years at Mayo Clinic Arizona, where she contributed to high level healthcare initiatives, including work with the military medicine program. She played a role in developing training programs for Special Operations personnel, focusing on tactical medicine and life saving techniques for deployment environments. Her experience also includes collaboration with the White House Medical Unit, supporting operations associated with Air Force One during the Obama administration.
Ms. Billingsley earned a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing a second master’s degree in leadership at Arizona State University, with an expected graduation in December 2026. She was also recognized as a top graduate during her undergraduate studies.
Outside of her professional work, Ms. Billingsley enjoys hiking and has traveled to 15 countries, with Edinburgh, Scotland among her favorite destinations. She credits her mentor Jon for his guidance and values the support of her husband, David, and her children, Garrett and Avery.
Looking ahead, Ms. Billingsley remains focused on continued expansion and innovation in oncology services. Guided by a commitment to improving patient care and access to treatment, she is dedicated to building a healthcare model that supports both clinical excellence and long term growth.
