Paddi LeShane is a nationally respected leader in brand enhancement, known for her ability to serve as both the face and the voice of organizations navigating complex healthcare, public policy, and communications landscapes. With nearly four decades of experience, she has built a distinguished career rooted in strategic insight, credibility, and relationship driven leadership.
As chief executive officer of a public relations firm she co founded, Ms. LeShane specializes in public policy strategy, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and crisis communications. Her role extends beyond strategy development, as she works closely with teams, follows initiatives through to completion, and partners directly with clients to ensure consistent and authentic messaging. Her husband serves as her business partner, contributing to the firm’s collaborative and values based approach.
Ms. LeShane’s career began by leading a statewide youth development and leadership organization. She was later recruited to serve as the statewide public relations and public affairs director for an outpatient rehabilitation organization, where her work quickly expanded into lobbying and policy advocacy. Her efforts contributed to landmark achievements, including the passage of the first seatbelt law and meaningful malpractice reform. She was ultimately promoted to director of communications and government affairs before co founding a consulting and lobbying firm. In 2024, the lobbying firm was successfully sold, and Ms. LeShane continues to advise on a variety of topics while leading the public relations company as CEO.
She holds a Master of Business Administration in healthcare finance and brings deep expertise in healthcare communications and policy. Her professional affiliations include board service with the Public Relations Society of America Connecticut chapter, the International Womens Forum, University of Saint Joseph, the Aurora Womens and Girls Foundation, and Makerspace Connecticut.
