Naperville, IL — Robert D. Rozner, MD, FABFM is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Top Doctor in the field of Family Medicine and for his leadership as the Founding Member of Hobson Meadows Family Medicine.
Proudly serving Naperville and its surrounding communities, Hobson Meadows Family Medicine was founded in 1990 by Dr. Robert Rozner and Dr. Mark Bates. The mission statement was established then, and continues through today: “to provide extraordinary healthcare to our patients using the latest technologies while providing a family and patient-oriented experience modeled after the practices of yesteryear.” The dedicated physicians specialize in and offer a wide range of services including Family Planning, Weight Loss Management, Immunizations, Pediatrics to Geriatrics, General Health, Prevention, and Wellness, just to name a few.
As a nominated “Family Physician of the Year”, Dr. Robert D. Rozner is a highly respected, board-certified physician having accrued 33 years of professional excellence in family medicine. Recognized by the Naperville community and its surrounding communities, he has garnered a well-deserved reputation for his compassion and understanding. He is currently serving patients as one of the founding members of Hobson Meadows Family Medicine. Highly experienced in all areas of family medicine, Dr. Rozner examines and treats various diseases including diabetes and hypertension. He takes pride in grounding his practice deep in the community and strives to build a dedicated partnership between a patient and their physician. Dr. Rozner is in constant pursuit of helping his patients optimize their health by using cutting edge technology and information without compromising the ideals of that old-time medical practice. He has privileges at Edward Hospital and Linden Oaks Hospital. Alongside his clinical role, Dr. Rozner is currently serving academic appointments at Midwestern University as a clinical instructor and Chicago Medical School as an associate clinical instructor since 1994.
To prepare for his distinguished career, Dr. Rozner earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Illinois Benedictine College, followed by his medical degree from Loyola University at the Stritch School of Medicine. He furthered his medical training by completing an internship and Family Medicine residency at the Resurrection Hospital in Chicago. With a commitment to excellence, Dr. Rozner is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Active in his field, Dr. Rozner maintains memberships and affiliations with DuPage County Medical Society, the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians, the Illinois State Medical Society, and the Medical Group Management Association. He is a distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine.
In recognition of his professional excellence, Dr. Rozner has been the recipient of the Patients’ Choice Award from 2008 to 2011 and Compassionate Doctor Recognition from 2010 to 2011.
In his spare time, Dr. Rozner is devoted to his community and charitable endeavors. He volunteers as the student health physician for his alma mater, Benedictine University.
A family man, Dr. Rozner is married to Mrs. Donna M. Rozner for 34 years, and they have four children.
Dr. Rozner dedicates this honorable recognition to his childhood pediatrician, Miro Petani, MD, as well as in the memory of his friend and mentor, Robert Reschke, MD.
