Cambridge, MA— Prominently featured in The Inner Circle, Robert Lloyd Doyle, MA, DDS, MD, is acknowledged as a Pinnacle Life Member for his contributions to the field of Child and Adolescent Psychology.
Dr. Doyle pursued higher education at Louisiana State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology in 1979 and later returned in 1985 to earn a second Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology and a Bachelor of Fine arts. Also in 1985, the doctor attended Louisiana State University School of Dentistry and graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery. He received a Master’s degree in Humanities at the same institution in Humanities in 1990. In 1993, Dr. Doyle attended LSU Health Shreveport where he graduated with a Doctor of Medicine; finished a residency in psychiatry with Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Clinics; and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry. The doctor has held fellowship status in psychosomatic medicine with Massachusetts General Hospital since 1999.
Dr. Doyle currently works at Mass General Brigham where he has specialized in child and adolescent psychiatry; autism spectrum disorder; attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder; and bipolar disorder since 1998. Board-certified in psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry, the doctor has received many awards and recognitions including three Excellence Awards from Massachusetts General Hospital and Premo Italiano Award in Italy, as well as various scholarships.
When considering his success in the field, Dr. Doyle believes his approach to treating each patient as an individual is the key to his accomplishments. The doctor has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and notes that his mentor is Dr. Murray.
Aside from his professional pursuits, Dr. Doyle enjoys reading, design, magazines, and travel. Looking to the future, he plans to give continuous great care to his patients.
