Mrs. Sarah Warden, lead preschool teacher at Little Hills Learning Center, has been named Woman of the Year for 2025 by P.O.W.E.R. (Professional Organization of Women of Excellence Recognized). She will be featured in the fall issue of P.O.W.E.R. Magazine, highlighting her dedication and achievements in early childhood education.

With a background in child and family development from St. Louis Community College, Mrs. Warden has cultivated a teaching philosophy rooted in the belief that every child is gifted, though each discovers their gifts in their own time. Her approach emphasizes recognizing and celebrating the unique qualities of every student, including those with special needs, creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Beyond the classroom, Mrs. Warden contributes to her community through affiliations with the National Association for the Education of Young Children, The Cat Café, and local animal rescue initiatives.
