Eichberg specializes in the review, revision and negotiation of commercial leases in every aspect of leasing, but primarily in the franchise world for franchisor’s and their franchisees. Notably, Mr. Eichberg has negotiated over 3,500 leases during his practice, including for The UPS Store, California Closets, Fastframe USA, Inc., CKO Kickboxing, 18/8 Men’s Hair Salon, Taco Bell, Subway, Menchie’s, Sub Zero Frozen Ice Cream and Yogurt, The Shake Shack, I Love Kickboxing, Jimmy John’s, Max Muscle, Eye Level, The Donut Bar, Firehouse Subs, Schlotzsky’s, arcpoint Labs, frozen Peaks, Parisi Gyms and many other brands.

Their main goal is to take the worry off of the tenant’s mind, by allowing them to concentrate on other than lease issues which are tedious and too far above the mind of most tenants and even most attorney’s and to secure the best possible lease for their clients. Mr. Eichberg and his paralegal staff is skilled with years of experience representing large to small corporations and LLC(s), as well as individuals. Mr. Eichberg is also a partner in the highly respected Mediation firm, Southern California Mediation Partners in Westlake Village, California.

Prior to his becoming an attorney Mr. Eichberg founded LA Research Associates a research and writing company that ghost wrote everything from simple pleadings to appeals for law firms from the west to the east coast and for sole practitioners to large firms.

Mr. Eichberg has 43 years of experience in the practice of law. He began his practice as a partner in the Beverly Hills boutique firm of Lever, Anker and Israel. He next joined forces with Stephen M. Feldman and became the Law Offices of Eichberg and Feldman. 17 years later Mr. Eichberg became a named partner in the firm of Goldfarb, Sturman, Averbach and Eichberg. In 1995 he formed his own firm. He prides himself on his ability to quickly review any lease, add or delete clauses that favor his client and negotiates the lease to its conclusion. In over 3,500 leases only a handful have failed to be executed. Mr. Eichberg has two mantras he lives by for his clients. First, he is passionate about bringing calm to people during what can be a difficult, frightening and chaotic time in a new business owner’s life and second, if you don’t ask you don’t get and nothing ventured nothing gained.

A highly respected voice in his area of his expertise, Mr. Eichberg is a member of the American Bar Association, The California Bar Association and the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, attended California State University at Los Angeles, for his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science next attended Southwestern University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctoral Degree. He has also been involved in his community and around the world in many philanthropic endeavors. He was one of the founders and original members of the Board of Directors of Lily of the Valley AIDS Foundation, Inc., a children’s HIV/AIDS Village (LoVE) in KwaZulu-Natal South Africa elected to serve on the Board of Directors of Cornerstone Network Ministry and elected to serve as a member of the Council at Conejo Valley Community Church. He also served on the Boards of international companies, Fastframe USA, Inc., and California Closets, Inc. He has earned coveted memberships in the American Law Society Top Lawyers, the Association of Distinguished Counsel, Lawyers of Distinction, Marquis Who’s Who, Top Tier Lawyers and Continental Who’s Who.

This recognition is in dedication to his 99 year old mother and is in loving memory of his father Norman and his brother Rob, who co-founded Coming out Day and The Advocate Experience, which was the catalyst for Mr. Eichberg’s passionate support and fundraising for LoVE and other organizations.
