With over 25 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, Thomas Diep continues to make a powerful impact as a key member of the Client Solutions and Addressable Enablement team at The Walt Disney Company. Since joining Disney in 2020, Mr. Diep has led strategic efforts supporting advertising across the company’s expansive portfolio. His role involves providing critical performance insights, campaign effectiveness, thought leadership, audience metrics and guidance for sales support. Mr. Diep’s contributions extend throughout various departments as he closely collaborates with Brand Solutions, Advertising Sales, Ad Partnerships, Streaming Solutions, Sales Communications, Sales & Marketing, Client Solutions, Multicultural & Inclusive, and Social Media Platforms.
Known for his expertise in advertising metrics, audience strategy, and cross-platform enablement, Mr. Diep collaborates across internal departments to highlight the importance of a holistic storytelling approach across linear, social, streaming and digital platforms. His data-driven insights have helped teams identify growth opportunities, enhance campaign outcomes, and transform potential audience declines into strategic wins.
Mr. Diep earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University in 1998, followed by an MBA from New England College in 2012. He also holds professional certifications in digital marketing strategy and finance from Baruch College, and business analytics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Beyond his corporate contributions, Mr. Diep is active in civic life and athletics. He has competed in dragon boat racing for over 20 years, is a proud member of the New York Road Runners, and serves on the board of directors for the Prader-Willi Alliance of New York. His dedication to mentorship was honored in 2017 when he received the Mentor Recognition Award from Baruch College’s executive-on-campus program.
