Her professional journey began in March 1995 as a part-time teller, and through dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to continuous learning, she advanced through multiple leadership roles before being named Chief Operations Officer.
As Chief Operations Officer of Kinetic Credit Union, Mrs. Corbitt oversees a broad range of operational functions, including branch operations, member service delivery, employee development, training, Contact Center, Support Center and organizational initiatives designed to enhance the member experience. Throughout her career, she has remained focused on strengthening relationships, improving operational effectiveness, and supporting the credit union’s mission of improving the financial well-being of its members and communities.
Mrs. Corbitt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Troy University. Her educational foundation, combined with extensive hands-on experience, has helped shape a leadership style centered on collaboration, accountability, and servant leadership. She firmly believes that great leaders invest in people, create opportunities for growth, and strive to leave individuals better than when they first met them.
