Though he formally took over management of the company around 1985, DiBucci and Sons was originally founded in 1956 by his father, establishing a proud family legacy of skilled construction. The company’s signature stamp was created in 1960, marking the beginning of a tradition rooted in quality and durability.
Rooted in a tradition of hands-on experience, Mr. DiBucci began working alongside his father right out of high school in 1975. By 1982, he was helping to run the business, developing a deep understanding of the trade and the responsibilities of leadership. Choosing to pursue the family business over formal college education, his practical knowledge and dedication to the craft have been central to the company’s success, combining old-world techniques with modern standards to deliver exceptional results.
Under Mr. DiBucci’s leadership, DiBucci and Sons has become a cornerstone of the region’s construction industry.
