The Inner Circle recognizes Lynsey M. Bello, RN, MSN, for her contributions to pediatric nursing and clinical education. With a distinguished 26 year tenure at Hackensack Meridian Health, Ms. Bello built a strong reputation for her work in pediatric rheumatology and infectious disease, while also bringing experience across pediatric intensive care, hospice, and homecare settings.
Now based in Virginia, Ms. Bello continues to share her expertise on a per diem basis, maintaining her commitment to patient care and professional mentorship. In addition to her clinical work, she is deeply engaged in nursing education, precepting student nurses and fostering professionalism and confidence among the next generation of healthcare providers.
Ms. Bello earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing in clinical nursing education from Jacksonville University in Florida. She is an active member of the American Nurses Association and remains dedicated to lifelong learning and professional growth.
Beyond her clinical and academic pursuits, Ms. Bello is passionate about charitable efforts. She supports a variety of causes and is closely involved with Don’t Bully Us Rescue, an organization focused on rescuing bully breed dogs, from which she adopted her own rescue companion.
Looking ahead, Ms. Bello plans to pursue a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and transition into a university level teaching role, further expanding her impact on the nursing profession.
