Alan B. Sadler — Real Estate Developer

Montgomery, TX — Alan B. Sadler is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Most Trusted Real Estate Developer in the Commercial Real Estate field and in acknowledgment of his work as owner of Sadler Development Corp.

Mr. Sadler has been a skilled real estate developer for more than 30 years. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Following this accomplishment, he began his career as the president of his company, Sadler Development Corp, in 1983, where he continues to serve.

Mr. Sadler began his first project developing a nursing home.  He later began developing convenience stores, shopping centers, and two office buildings.  In addition to these endeavors, Mr. Sadler served as County Judge for Montgomery County from 1991 until his retirement in 2015. Serving 24 years, he was the longest serving judge in the county’s history, and was honored with numerous state and local awards for his dedicated service. He also received the Texas Road Hand Award from the Texas Highway system in Montgomery County by about 22 percent at that time.

He also served as the vice chairman for the Montgomery County Central Appraisal District and was a Director of the Conroe Chamber of Commerce and the Montgomery County Health District. Mr. Sadler served as a board member for the Lone Star College System, the Boy Scouts of America, and presently for the Campus of Hope Homeless Shelter.

Mr. Sadler hopes to conclude development with his current business partner James Barber with B/E Winery and Grand Pines Retreat Wedding Venue in Conroe, Texas. He intends to retire when this project is completed and spend more time with family.
