A graduate of Girton College at the University of Cambridge with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography (1961) and a Master of Arts in Geography (1964), Ms. Massa furthered her studies with a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Science and Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1963.
