Andrew H. Campbell – Director

Omaha, NE— Prominently featured in The Inner Circle, Dr. Andrew H. Campbell is acknowledged as a Pinnacle Professional Member for his contributions to Organizational Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Problem-Solving and Decision Making for public and private corporate executives.

Dr. Campbell is a distinguished professional who manages several concurrent appointments. He is the Director of both the International Peace and Leadership Institute and the Global Leadership Training Institute providing emerging leadership research on organizational learning and leadership development and education programs as well as being recognized as a peace leadership development expert for international, national, and non-governmental organizations.

Dr. Campbell holds a Doctorate of Global Leadership from the Indiana Institute of Technology, Fort Wayne, IN, a Master of Diplomacy in International Conflict Management from Norwich University and a bachelor’s degree in vocational education from Emporia State University. Moreover, he also completed a post-graduate certificate in International Law and Post-conflict Reconstruction at the International Peace and Security Institute and is certified in Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Global DISc. He is an adjunct instructor at Yale University, Air Force Global Center for Professional Military Education, and US Office of Personnel Management facilitating courses on crisis leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict management, and executive problem-solving and decision-making for senior organizational leaders. Additionally, Dr. Campbell provides executive coaching for leadership executives and leadership facilitation and mentorship through Teen Think Tank to prepare the next generation of leaders.

Dr. Campbell has been recognized with numerous distinguished accolades, including being named the Golden Key International Laureate Scholar and Global Goodwill Ambassador. Serving as a keynote speaker at numerous conferences worldwide. His impactful work extends to published books and audiobooks, including “Business to Diplomacy: The Complexity to Leadership”, “Chaos is a Gift: Leading Oneself in Uncertain and Complex Environments,” “Peace Leadership: Self-Transformation toward Peace,” and “Global Leadership Initiatives for Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding.” His work with the Pakistan Islamabad Diplomatic College is a testament to Andrew’s quality, skill, and international relevance. He was a feature keynote speaker on Managing Conflict through Emotional Intelligence. As a result, he was requested to develop a monthly Leadership Corner in the Diplomatic Insights with an international subscription.
