Dr. Andrew W. Daniel, MD, combines a unique background in law enforcement and emergency medicine to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care for critical conditions such as strokes, heart attacks, and trauma. Currently practicing in Little Rock, Arkansas, Dr. Daniel emphasizes personalized treatment and effective communication to ensure accurate diagnoses and optimal patient outcomes.
Dr. Daniel’s journey to medicine began with a Bachelor of Science in Business Organization and Development from Eastern Mennonite University. Before pursuing a medical career, he served 17 years with the Virginia State Police, working alongside paramedics and EMTs, where his exposure to emergency scenarios inspired him to transition to healthcare. He earned his MD from St. James School of Medicine in Anguilla, West Indies, and completed a family medicine residency with a sub-track in emergency medicine and critical care at Baptist Health in Little Rock. He is board-certified in family medicine.
A dedicated member of the American Association of Family Physicians and the Fraternal Order of the Elks, Dr. Daniel draws on his diverse experience to offer holistic, compassionate care. His mentors, Dr. Alex Hargis and Dr. Zach Otis, have played a key role in shaping his approach to medical practice.
