Dr. Kearney earned her Bachelor of Science in biology, with a minor in chemistry, from Case Western Reserve University before obtaining her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Medicine. She completed her internship, internal medicine residency, and fellowship in cardiology and interventional cardiology at the University of Washington Medical Center, where she now serves as a board-certified expert in both cardiology and interventional cardiology.

Affiliated with the University of Washington, Dr. Kearney is a fellow of the Society of Coronary Angiography and Intervention and a member of the American College of Cardiology.
