As a certified Executive Life Coach, Anne Reid is in the business of getting people motivated to take charge of their lives and accomplish the things that they dream of doing. She has served in her profession for two decades, including the past two years as Owner and Founder of Reid Coaching. She is also active as a Real Estate Investor and has worked as a business professional in the Boston and New York City regions.
Ms. Reid explains that she learned the value of coaching while training for her first Century Bike Ride. When she signed up for the event, she asked herself if she was “absolutely crazy” for doing so. She had never biked more than 12 miles in a single day. Now she was committed to completing 100 miles with only 15 weeks to train. She learned then that doubt and fear could be used as powerful motivators as opposed to reasons to quit. With planning, hard work, and the support of an excellent coach, she accomplished her goal. She uses this experience to help others succeed with their ambitions.
As an accountability partner, cheerleader, strategist, and happiness guru, she works with her clients, helping them to “dream big, commit to taking action, and keep moving towards their goal — even when every cell in their body is screaming, I can’t.”
In pursuit of her higher education, Ms. Reid obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and completed a Master’s of Business Administration from Simmons College. She is certified in Life Coaching from The Life Coach School.
