Austin R. Oblack, DO – Neurologist

Export, PA— Prominently featured in The Inner Circle, Austin Robert Oblack is acknowledged as a Pinnacle Lifetime Member for his contributions to the field of Neurology.

Dr. Oblack pursued higher education at the University of Pittsburgh (Pitt U) where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He then attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) receiving a Doctor of Medicine degree; completed residency at Allegheny General Hospital; and finished a fellowship at UT Southwestern at which he received the Fellow of the Year award in 2022.

Dr. Oblack is a specialist in neurology and focuses on movement disorders. His vast experience includes evaluating, diagnosing, and treating various nervous system disorders, including Parkinson’s Disease; Huntington’s Disease; Tremors; Dystonia; and Gait and Coordination disorders, as well as general neurologic conditions like seizures, strokes, multiple sclerosis, and headaches/migraines. He credits much of his success to his mentors, Dr. Baser and Dr. Leichliter.

A recognized leader in his field, Dr. Oblack is a member of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN); the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association (POMA); and the Movement Disorder Society. Looking to the future, the doctor plans to establish a clinic with a focus on movement disorders.

Aside from his professional pursuits, Dr. Oblack enjoys spending time with his family and participating in sports. He would like to dedicate this honor to his parents, Robert and Laura, and thank them for their live and support.
