Such as acquisition and financial support, cloud migration and data security services, customized curriculum development, e-learning products, and program design and development.
With more than 20 years of experience, Dr. Frye has leveraged herself as a consummate leader in human capital management. She specializes in performance management and leadership development, program design, data collection and analysis, acquisition and contract management, diversity and inclusion dialogue facilitation, Engagement Finder sessions, and performance-based services, such as process improvement and workforce reskilling. Her current chief focus is on the development of Engagement Finder 2.0, planning to establish 24-hour call centers. She has many other future pursuits, such as establishing more communities of practice. She currently runs two non-profits: Open Wings Sanctuary, which helps victims of domestic violence and homelessness, and Mildred Taliaferro Foundation, which spreads awareness and raise funds for a lupus cure.
She founded the latter to honor her grandmother, who passed away from lupus after being misdiagnosed.
An academic, Dr. Frye obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus and Doctor of Philosophy degree from Capella University School of Public Service Leadership. She completed E-Learning Certification in Curriculum Development and Online Instruction from Northcentral University. She continues to pursue educational endeavors, currently enrolled in a Master of Educational Leadership program with Concordia University.
A respected voice in her areas of expertise, Dr. Frye is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, International Association of Women (IAW), Federal Improvement Team, International Society of Performance Improvement, IVY, and Association of Government Accountants. She remains active in her community, offering her services with two non-profits as well as a US Ambassador for humanitarian causes with the Global Goodwill Ambassadors and environmental sustainability with Greenden. Additionally, she is an Advisory Board Member with Squigl’s Board of Advisors and 2019-2020 IAW Influencer.
