Shreveport, LA — Creighlynn Thoele, Ph.D., is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Lifetime Achiever for her work as the CEO of RAISE Beyond LLC.

To obtain her college education, she first attended the Cameron University Department of Business, where she earned an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management. She then graduated from Sullivan University with a Ph.D. degree in Strategic Management, and was a member of Sigma Beta Delta.
Dr. Thoele served in the US Army for 14 years, where she worked in Military Intelligence and served in Afghanistan for nine months. She also served two years in the US Air Force Global Strike Command in Barksdale, LA, where she was the Command Culture Advisor and Supervisory Program Analyst and Senior Manager from 2019-2021.
Currently, Dr. Thoele is the Founder and CEO of RAISE Beyond LLC, located in Shreveport, LA. With experience as a Senior-Level Business Management Professional, she is a natural leader with more than two decades of experience creating strategic plans and leading her teams to success. Founded in 2021, RAISE Beyond specializes in creating a beneficial organizational and community culture in businesses. She leads a team from a variety of backgrounds in business administration, leadership development, conflict management, coaching, statistical analysis, and more. Her main areas of focus for each client are culture, leadership, strategy, and performance. Dr. Thoele oversees research methodologies, and is the creator of the BEYOND Culture Wheel™ and the ADVANCE through Conflict™ Model to guide teams toward productive interactions.
She has been awarded the Bronze Star decoration for her service as a Military Intelligence officer with the 1st Cavalry Division while deployed to Afghanistan. Dr. Thoele is involved with numerous professional organizations: she is the Executive Vice-President on the Board of Directors for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Region 7 in Louisiana, Shreveport, LA; Vice-President of the Board of Directors for the Children of God Ministries, in Shreveport, LA, and a Board Member on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Conflict Management (JOCM), in Louisville, KY.
She would like to dedicate this honorable recognition to her mentor, Dr. LaVena Wilkin, Director of the Ph.D. and Graduate Management programs at Sullivan University, Louisville, KY.
In her spare time, Dr. Thoele loves to cook, read, complete interior design projects, volunteer in her community, and play with her grandson. Her favorite book is “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” by Robert T. Kiyosaki.
