Having led an outstanding medical career, Dr. Dayn C. Boitet has accrued over 40 years of vast knowledge and experience in dental medicine. He entered private practice in 1981, and still
enjoys all that dentistry has to offer. He is currently demonstrating the highest level of professionalism and integrity at Doctors Lake Family Dental. Additionally, he and his team attend continuing education courses to remain at the forefront of the profession.
Raised in Fort Wayne, IN, Dr. Boitet attended Indiana University for both undergraduate and dental school. Graduating with honors, he holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He later received an academic-based scholarship from the U.S. Navy and was stationed in Jacksonville as soon as he graduated from dental school.
To stay current with the latest dental advancements, Dr. Boitet maintains active memberships with professional organizations including the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Fellow of the Academy of Osseointegration (past President), and the International Academy of Sleep Medicine (diplomate status). Furthermore, he is extremely proud to devote his time to the community in charitable outreach. Doctors Lake Family Dental takes on a new, major community charitable endeavor each quarter.
When he is not practicing medicine, Dr. Boitet enjoys long-distancing cycling, fly fishing, snow skiing, white water and sea kayaking, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Boitet dedicates this honorable recognition in loving memory of his beloved wife Judy, whom he thanks for 41 wonderful years. He also gives thanks to his children Kyle, Lauren, Natalie, and Jarrod, and his seven grandchildren for their love and support. Additionally, he dedicates his success to his mentor, Dr. Branemark, the father of modern-day implant dentistry.
