The entire team at the dental office of Fredric C. Gaeta, DDS, located in Kailua-Kona, HI, is passionate about developing and maintaining patient smiles and creating a positive dental experience for the whole family.

Well-versed in all aesthetic and restorative dentistry areas, Dr. Gaeta has furthered his career over the years in Facial Rejuvenation and Implantology, including Botox, Juvederm, PRP, PRF, and CGF. His practice proudly offers cleanings and exams, aesthetic dentistry, computerized injections with the Wand® STA, digital technology, laser dentistry, and Emergency Dental Care. Committed to making the world a better place, Dr. Gaeta has done mission work to Santo Domingo with Arun Garg, providing implantology and oral surgeries to the underserved.

Highly committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Gaeta began his undergraduate career at Nassau Community College, where he earned his associate’s degree in Chemistry. Then he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from Long Island University/CW Post College. Following this, he continued to receive his master’s degree in the Philosophy of Natural Science from Hofstra University.

To pursue his dentistry career, Dr. Gaeta attended Georgetown University for his Doctorate of Dental Surgery, and furthered his training by receiving a degree in Anesthesiology and Oral Surgery from New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry and UCLA. He is currently attending Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, to pursue my master’s degree in Implantology. He intends to graduate in 2022.

Remaining abreast of the latest advancements in his field, Dr. Gaeta participates in various continuing education courses in Implantology and Periodontics. He has also completed Orthodontic training in Europe through the European Program of Graduates in Edgewise Therapy. He has even gained valuable experience practicing pediatric dentistry and periodontics in Switzerland for six years prior to opening his practice in Hawaii. Notably, he is a distinguished Fellow of the American Dental Academy of Anesthesiology and the Academy of General Dentistry.

In his spare time, Dr. Gaeta enjoys traveling the world and doing the Argentine tango. He is a certified teacher of Argentine tango and Brazilian Zouk dance. He studies it on every continent and has a school where he studies and teaches tango all over the world. At his school in Hawaii, Echo Tango, Dr. Gaeta organizes Tango events in the area. Additionally, he enjoys traveling globally to snowboard. He has become fluent in Spanish, French, and English during his travels.

Dr. Gaeta has three sons — Vincent, a photographer, Adrian, an actor, and Alexandre, who is attending dental school at the University of Southern California. Dr. Gaeta dedicates this honorable recognition to the loving memory of his parents, Gene and Lucy Gaeta.
