Since its establishment 18 years ago, at The Art of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Fedele provides a variety of facial procedures including rhinoplasty and facelifts, and body procedures including breast augmentation, butt and arm lifts, and tummy tucks. Each aesthetic transformation of the breast, face, and body that Dr. Fedele performs is tailored to achieve your individual goals with the intention of exceeding expectations. Servicing the greater Cleveland area, Dr. Fedele is renowned as a leading plastic surgeon, having accrued 29 years of professional excellence in the medical field. He brings an extensive background in both general and plastic surgery, and a unique repertoire of artistry and medical illustration. A trained accomplished artist, having attended the Cooper School of Art in Cleveland and taken anatomical drawing and figuring drawing classes at the University of Dayton, he truly understands the canvas upon which he operates. Additionally, he has over 100 medical illustrations published in medical textbooks and scientific journal articles.

A native of the Cleveland area, Dr. Fedele majored in pre-medicine at The University of Dayton, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Chemistry in 1987. He then went on to attend The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine where his interest in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery began to grow. He earned his Medical Degree in 1991. Shortly after, he returned to the Cleveland area to complete five years of General Surgery training at Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals of Cleveland. He then went to The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, one of the top plastic surgery training centers in the country, for his Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training. With a commitment to excellence, Dr. Fedele became board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Following his medical training, Dr. Fedele remained in the Pittsburgh area in private practice and was a Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Division of Plastic Surgery. Later, he returned to his hometown in Cleveland.

A distinguished Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Fedele remains abreast of the latest advancements in his field. He maintains active memberships with the American Medical Association and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

In his spare time, Dr. Fedele enjoys playing the drums with his band, “The Retractors” at various charity events. He also devotes his time participating in previous mission trips to Vietnam, repairing cleft palates, with “Interplast” with the International Plastic Surgeons.

Dr. Fedele dedicates this honorable recognition in loving memory of his father, Joseph Fedele, PT, who inspired him to enter the medical profession. He also dedicates his success to all of his professors in anatomy at the University of Cincinnati, and his clinical professors at the University of Pittsburgh.
