Kanata, ON – Joe C. Blanchard, CD, MBA, PMP, is being recognized by The Inner Circle Executive publication as a Lifetime Achiever for serving Veterans as the President of VeCATS.
VeCATS serves as a career assistance and transition program for the veterans making a home in Kanata, Ontario. With all staff being veterans themselves, they provide soldiers, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, veterans, and their Families with assistance to understand and prepare for civilian life. Knowing how hard the transition from service to civilian life, their team ensures their clients and families are prepared for the most stressful part of their life after the military.
Mr. Joe C. Blanchard currently serves as the President of VeCATS leading his team and staff to helping Canadian veterans. Daily, he manages the strategic planning and execution, business development for the company, and proficient project management for 20 years.
Before his role as President, Mr. Blanchard served for the US Army Medical Branch for 30 years. In 2012 completed his studies for his MBA at Athabasca University and currently continuing his education as a Doctoral Student at Walden University. Expected to graduate in 2023, Mr. Blanchard hopes to continue to be able to mentor future veterans. A recipient of the Canadian Decoration Award continues his memberships with of PMI, ITIL, Vanier Institute, and the royal Canadian medical association.
In his free time Mr. Blanchard enjoys competitive golf.
