Garland, TX – Cheryl A. Bolton, Transformation Leader, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Pinnacle Lifetime Achiever in the field of Insurance as a Corporate Vice President at New York Life Insurance Company.
The third largest insurance company in the U.S., New York Life offers services in the areas of life insurance, retirement income, long term care, investments, and premier options such as estate planning and wealth management. In 2018, it ranked as one of the top one hundred largest companies by revenue. Ms. Bolton has been working as a corporate VP in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area since August of 2015.
A highly experienced leader backed by over fifteen years in the industry, Ms. Bolton has an extensive list of skills. She is experienced with information technology (IT), mentoring, coaching, risk management, project management office (PMO), Agile in operational excellence, business intelligence, data warehousing, and more. She has utilized a range of solutions including back-end transaction processing applications and front end applications such as business process management workflow (BPM). An expert of business finances, she has handed projects that ranged from $1 million to $500 million with Big 4 (IBM/Accenture) and delivered large scale transformation programs for various Fortune 500 companies.
In preparation for her career, Ms. Bolton attended the University of Texas at Arlington for a Bachelor of Science (BS) in management information systems and services in 1999. She increased her education years later, earning the following certifications: ScrumMaster (CSM), Culture Transformation Champion by Senn-Delaney Leadership Consultancy, Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, and Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy by MIT Sloan Executive Education.
An active member of her community, Ms. Bolton is charitable to breast cancer associations and the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. Ms. Bolton dedicates this recognition to Michael Davis.
