Ms. Fechter’s background includes a BS in Health Sciences with a focus on geriatrics from Florida Gulf Coast University, followed by a BSN from Indiana State University. After five years of experience as an LPN and five more as an RN, she went on to complete her MSN at Florida Southern College. Currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at the University of North Georgia, she is set to graduate in May 2025, further expanding her capacity for leadership in gerontological and palliative care.
