Shailendra Singh, MBBS, FACP, FACR — Distinguished Physician

Searcy, AR — Shailendra Singh, MBBS, FACP, FACR, is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Distinguished Physician in Rheumatology and in acknowledgment of his outstanding work within his private practice and White County Medical Center, Unity Health.

Dr. Singh is a board-certified in Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, and Geriatrics with over 25 years of medical experience specializing in Rheumatology and Geriatric Medicine. His practice, located at 2902 East Race Ave., in Searcy, AR, is affiliated with the Unity Health network of clinics and hospitals. As a Rheumatologist, Dr. Singh provides treatment for arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, scleroderma, psoriatic arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune disorders of the joints and connective tissue.

In pursuit of his medical career, he earned his Medical Degree from Delhi University College of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, India. He came to the United States, where he completed a residency at Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, MD, and Fellowships at the University of Maryland and the University of Virginia.

Dr. Singh serves as the President of the Arkansas Rheumatology Association. He also holds memberships with the American College of Rheumatology (ACR), the American College of Physicians (ACP), and the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI).

When he’s not working, Dr. Singh loves to travel and spend time with his family. He wishes to extend thanks to his beloved wife, Dr. Jyoti Chaudhary, and their children, Daksh and Viraj, for their love and support. He also dedicates this honor to his mentors, Dr. O.P. Tandon, Dr. Steven Gambert, Dr. Donald Kimpel, Dr. Conrad May.
