Greenfield Center, NY — Wyatt Stockwell is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Distinguished Singer/Songwriter for his years of accomplished work in the field of Music.

With over 50 years of musical experience, he has written myriad original songs and performs regularly. Since 1969, Mr. Stockwell has written over 100 original songs. He plays 6-string and 12-string guitars, percussion, bass, and simple keyboard. At Silvertone Studios in Saratoga Springs, NY, Mr. Stockwell has recorded 42 songs across three CDs, including Plan-T Variety CD, Plan-T Electric CD, Wyatt Stockwell Acoustic CD – At Silvertone, and Plan-T Band “Rock Samples” at Over It Studios.
In his current role, he entertains crowds by playing at open mic at Caffe Lena and Gaffney’s each week. In 2019, he created PLAN-T Band, where he plays original music with Larry T. on bass and drummer Kevin Kerr. He manages the band, plays lead guitar, and performs vocals.
To receive his education, Mr. Stockwell attended Union College in 1973, and FMCC Electrical Technology in 1983. To remain up to date in the music industry, he maintains associations with the ASCAP, the Memphis Songwriter’s Association, and is the creator of the Saratoga Songwriter’s Society.
Mr. Stockwell is a United States Veteran, having served his country in war times. Awarded for his decades of dedication, he is the recipient of 15 Veteran’s Creative Arts Awards through the National Veterans Arts Competition from 2010-2015, the Eden Golden Garden Award (2018, 2019), and has been offered contracts from Diamond Garden Music in Nashville.
His passion for music has been influenced by Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, and Eric Clapton. Mr. Stockwell would like to dedicate this honorable recognition to his wife, Lisa, 7 children, 7 grandchildren, and his first wife of 25 years, Vicki, who passed away in 2009.
In his spare time, he enjoys listening to music, playing the guitar, gardening, riding his motorcycle, exploring the great outdoors, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
